ActuatorVivek is a people-centric initiative to collaborate with Businesses, Institutions, Governments and the most potential asset of our country, our Youth, to facilitate them emerge as an awakened, thoughtful and evolved leaders with amplified soft-skill abilities in executing their strategic and tactical objectives thereby contributing in making India a Self-Reliant Global Powerhouse. An astute workforce is going to set the foundation to achieve this ambitious national objective. In the foray we have launched series of programs and workshops, like “Augmented Thinking Workshops”, “Design Intelligence Workshops” and “Perpetual Precision Workshops” to name a few, for our businesses and institutions, crafted according to specific and customized KRAs of different hierarchies to transform themselves in a sustained and prosperous model creating immense immunity in passing though external and internal turbulences. These businesses require skilful and action oriented workforce, for which we have specially designed Soft-Skills “Train the Trainer” programs for our Educators at College and School level to assist them building resourceful manpower in their core subject areas for the professional world. Further, we strongly believe that every human character carries inherent potential to contribute to varied work roles that exist on earth and we endeavour to, both, explore all possible career options, and mindfully augment our youths’ abilities in achieving their best self. Our efforts are focused towards instilling holistically interlaced 360º Soft Skill-Sets which are critical across age groups and for all job-roles and professions. Last but very critical, our Employers need resourceful manpower effectively trained in both Soft and Hard Skills and our Placement Platform bridges the gap by providing desirously skilled, efficient and performing manpower for their specific job-roles.
