Whatever work area we look we find some unparalleled achievements made in the history while a number of initiatives are currently in the process to awe shock us. The bigger question is, who does that and how are these unbelievable tasks achieved? The most important point is that they are also the same human minds. However, they differ in terms of their thinking, inferences, approach, intelligence and execution, and on the top unputdownable determination. 

While, only those reach this level, who dare to think and work unabated towards the so-called real audacious and unimaginable objectives; these are Facilitators who play a critical role in underpinning their learning to let these dreamers climb the ladder of onerous goals and make astounding history. Let we understand that the role and efforts of both Facilitators and Institutions are of paramount importance in one’s success. However how many of them are able to live to its true value.

Further, considering the syllabus at varied levels in our education system, when we look into its real execution, our youth requires immense understanding, preparation and strength to pass through pragmatic learning required by the professional world. Unfortunately, our education system is busy delivering theoretically competent people on debatable syllabus adversely impacting placements for real jobs and issues at hands. While our education system needs a thorough overhaul, we see a bigger issue in our ability to make our youth ‘live’ the curriculum. The launch of National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) has boosted our thought, approach and the entire initiative of ActuatorVivek, and is directed to address a large portion of the gaps in the current approach of our education system. The implementation of NEP 2020, at the very first level, requires realigning ourselves as an educator to maximise our results in aligning our youth with the requirements of the real world and the future interventions.

As an initiative, we found that a hard-skill alone cannot solve human problems but it requires sharp Soft-Skill attributes to both thoughtfully identify and evaluate human problems; and generate required abilities to design and execute in this direction to bring suitable solutions. This led us to bring series of “Train the Trainer” programs to restructure the way our Educators think, infer and approach the real professional issues and job roles through the curriculum, thereby imbibing a desirous set of skills necessary for our Youth to excel in their targeted Career directions and job roles.
