Visionary Benefits of ‘A Competent Education System’

Education lays foundation for mankind at large and it would not be a hyperbole that wherever we stand today is because of our Education System and whatever we aspire to become will be maximally driven by Education.

If we search on the list of Inventions from India, we find that India had leadership position in inventions till 1000 CE, however the situation kept on deteriorating. US, Russia and European Countries lead the invention side while manufacturing is led by China. Though we are registering ourselves globally in areas viz. automobile, pharmaceuticals, steel, Information Technology, Space and few others domains, though a lot is to be done within these sectors, and herculean efforts in many other sectors.

Education can take up all these weaker areas ‘head-on’, but a lot is to be done within this sector itself.

There are innumerable opportunities waiting for our Youth to explore, however they are either not shared or are not promoted, fostered and harnessed wholeheartedly to develop desired skills in those areas to make superior contributions. A proper and structured approach is required to decode these opportunities through our education system.
